Our Story

Locally Owned. Always On Call.

Who we are

ATC Water & Mold is part of the ATC family—a multi-generational service company with more than 30 years of real-world field experience helping property owners protect their homes and businesses.

From our headquarters in Pennsylvania, we’ve seen firsthand how quickly water damage can turn from a small issue into a major problem. A leaking roof, broken pipe, flooded basement, or hidden moisture behind walls can lead to structural damage, odors, and mold growth if it is not handled properly.

Along the way, we saw the gaps in traditional cleanup methods—surface-level drying, incomplete moisture detection, rushed repairs, and mold issues that return because the source was never fully addressed. We knew property owners needed a smarter, more complete approach.

So we built one.

ATC Water & Mold helps homeowners and businesses respond quickly to water damage, identify hidden moisture, and restore affected areas safely and responsibly.

Our process focuses on more than just what can be seen. We inspect the affected space, locate moisture at the source, dry the environment properly, remove damaged materials when necessary, and address mold concerns with a practical remediation plan. By combining real field experience with proper drying, containment, removal, and repair practices, ATC Water & Mold helps protect your property, your indoor environment, and your peace of mind.

Restoration Equipment, Refined by Experience

When you choose ATC Water & Mold, you’re not purchasing generic drying equipment—you’re partnering with a team that understands how water damage, moisture, and mold risk behave in real-world environments.

Like many professionals in the industry, we saw the limitations of standard restoration equipment firsthand. Jobs often depended on bulky machines, inefficient drying setups, inconsistent airflow, limited moisture control, and equipment that forced operators to work around the machine instead of the machine supporting the job.

Water damage does not wait. Moisture moves fast. It travels into drywall, insulation, subflooring, framing, cabinets, ceilings, crawlspaces, and hidden cavities. When equipment is slow, underpowered, hard to move, or poorly matched to the environment, drying becomes more difficult, job times increase, and risk goes up.

That is when the question changed from “How do we make this equipment work?” to “Why isn’t the equipment built better for the way restoration professionals actually work?”

ATC Water & Mold was built around that question.

Our equipment is designed for professionals who need practical, field-ready solutions for water mitigation, structural drying, moisture control, and mold-related remediation support. We focus on building systems that help improve job efficiency, support better drying conditions, and give operators more control over difficult environments.

This is not about selling another generic fan, heater, dehumidifier, or drying tool. It is about creating equipment that fits the real demands of restoration work—fast response, controlled drying, moisture management, portability, durability, and consistent job-site performance.

Water damage requires urgency.

Mold prevention requires control.

Restoration professionals require equipment that works as hard as they do.

ATC Water & Mold brings those pieces together with equipment built for real properties, real job sites, and real-world restoration challenges.

Built by professionals.

Backed by decades of field experience.
